Welcome to TGIA Farms – LGD Livestock Guardian Dogs. By accessing this website, submitting an application, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy or training service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services..

  1. Nature of Product

LGD dogs are working livestock guardian dogs of the Great Pyrenees breed. They are sold as working animals, not as pets or show dogs.

No guarantee is made that a puppy will perform at a specific level of guarding without proper training, environment, and management by the buyer.

  1. Buyer Responsibility

Buyer agrees to:

• Provide secure fencing
• Provide appropriate livestock environment
• Provide veterinary care
• Maintain safe handling practices
• Comply with all local animal ownership laws

TGIA Farms is not responsible for roaming, behavioral issues, livestock injury, or property damage once the dog leaves our property.

  1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits reserve a specific puppy or position in a litter.

  1. Health at Time of Sale

Puppies are sold in good health at the time of transfer. Health records and vaccination information will be provided.

Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within [48–72] hours of pickup. Failure to do so voids any health guarantee.

  1. Training Services

Optional training services are provided for an additional fee. Training results depend on continued reinforcement by the buyer after transfer.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TGIA Farms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ownership of the dog.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.

  1. Right to Refuse Sale

TGIA Farms reserves the right to refuse placement if the environment is deemed unsuitable.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
