They compensate for time, care, and reserved placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Puppy Purchase<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Full payment is due before transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Once the puppy leaves TGIA Farms property, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Health-Related Returns<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening congenital condition within [72 hours] of transfer, documentation must be provided immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If verified, TGIA Farms may offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Replacement puppy (when available), or<br>\u2022 Partial refund at breeder\u2019s discretion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Veterinary costs are not reimbursed unless agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Behavioral Returns<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Guarding behavior, barking, roaming tendencies, and territorial responses are normal traits of livestock guardian dogs and are not grounds for refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Training Fees<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Training services are non-refundable once completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Voluntary Surrender<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If a buyer can no longer keep the dog, TGIA Farms requests first right of refusal before rehoming.
